Grand Packaging offers a complete line of dairy gallons and half gallons for the cider industry. A wide variety of neck finishes are available, including the popular Portola Snap-Screw finish. We can label your bottles as well, and ship them to you quickly and efficiently. Our bottles are manufactured with new molds, and are rigorously tested for quality to prevent leaks and other problems. They are delivered in heavy duty polyethylene bags to prevent damage during shipment and for easy unloading. For less than truckload orders, we can arrange to split shipments with neighboring orchards. If storage is a problem, we can also arrange to drop a trailer at your facility so that you can unload the bundles on an as-needed basis. All bottles are shipped FOB from Lansing, Michigan, enabling us to ship efficiently to our customers in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Illinois. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). HDPE is used to make
bottles for milk, juice, water and laundry products. Unpigmented bottles are
translucent, have good barrier properties and stiffness, and are well suited to
packaging products with a short shelf life such as milk. Because HDPE has good
chemical resistance, it is used for packaging many household and industrial
chemicals such as detergents and bleach. Pigmented HDPE bottles have better
stress crack resistance than unpigmented HDPE bottles.
We offer several cap options for your cider bottles including the standard snap cap, the Portola Snap-Screw cap, the IPEC cap, and the Blackhawk. Foam liners are available as well. A variety of color options are available; including red, green, blue, white, black, and gold.
Grand Packaging works closely with the most respected label production companies and can design and produce cider labels at a very competitive cost. Whether you have a label you’d like to use or are looking for a new design, we can deliver the highest quality at a price and service you’ll appreciate.
